Refund policy
Individual Board Orders
You may cancel your order up to 5 days prior to your delivery or pickup date for a full refund. If you cancel 2–4 days prior you will receive a store credit (good for 90 days) or 50% of your total amount paid. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to your delivery or pickup date.

Please ensure that somebody will be home to accept deliveries during your designated time slot. Deliveries that cannot be handed off to someone will be left at the door in a shaded location. We often use a third party delivery service and are unable to accommodate last minute delivery changes. If a delivery must be returned to Graze & Vines, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery charge and will need to arrange pickup from Duluth.
Corporate & Event Orders
Unless otherwise specified in a separate contract, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event. If you cancel within 1–2 weeks of your event, you will receive a refund for 50% of the total amount paid. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders that are canceled within one week of your event.
Private Workshops
Private workshops refer to workshops held in your home or a venue that you have personally arranged with a group of your choosing. We require a minimum of 6 participants to book a private workshop. Private workshops are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new date and time. Workshops that are rescheduled within one week of the event will incur a 15% rescheduling fee. As a small business, when we schedule a workshop for a particular date, we are blocking off that date for other potential events and orders. As such, cancellations and rescheduling have a big impact on our calendar.
Public Workshops
Public workshops refer to workshops held at a venue and open to the public. Unless otherwise specified for a particular event, individuals may request and receive a full refund 4 days prior to the event. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for tickets when requested 3 days or less prior to the event.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
If your cancellation is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Credits given for a workshop event cancellation (due to customer cancellation, given at the discretion of Graze & Vines) may be used towards a future workshop. If a cancellation is made for a second time, the credit will be forfeited.
